Baldwin-Howell Expands Self-Storage Footprint With New West Palm Beach Development
Baldwin-Howell Properties LLC ("Baldwin-Howell") has acquired a 2.63-acre parcel at 4575 Gun Club Road in West Palm Beach, Florida. The company plans to break ground later this year on a new 100,000-square-foot, Class-A, fully climate-controlled self-storage facility on the site.
This acquisition marks the fourth self-storage facility Baldwin-Howell will commence construction on within the last 12 months, adding to 260,000 square feet currently under development. Upon completion, this new facility will expand Baldwin-Howell's existing portfolio of eight self-storage properties, which currently totals over 550,000 square feet.
While primarily focused on Florida, Baldwin-Howell is actively seeking new self-storage and retail opportunities across the southeastern United States to further expand its portfolio.
